Instant traveling facial
If you travel often on planes, you’ve probably noticed that your skin becomes very dry. This is a result of controlled humidity in a pressurized cabin. Flight attendants are plagued by this problem more than anyone else and appealed to me to solve it.
It was obvious that water was the first necessary component, but something also was needed to help rev up oil glands— something more than a moisturizer, because there was not enough available moisture in the air to make a moisturizer effective. The treatment is so simple that it doesn’t even require a trip to the lavatory. You’ll need two things: a mineral water atomizer and a tiny bottle of cosmetics with hydrating formula. Use two drops of oil, spread on the tips of your fingers, and lightly tap in a large circle around the eyes and under the nose. Rub the remaining oil into the pulse points on the inside of your wrists, then lightly spray the face and wrists with mineral water. The concentrated herbs in the oil activate glands and increase circulation to com¬bat dehydration and make you feel more prepared.
